Heavy Duty Radiators

Alliance offers exceptional aftermarket heating & cooling system heavy duty parts. Using only the highest grade of material in production, cooling system parts undergo performance, endurance and leak tests to ensure they meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, form and function.

Product Highlights

Innovative engineering, manufacturing technology and quality control ensure that Spectra Premium heavy duty radiators meet or exceed the performance of the original equipment they replace. That extends to all components, including engine and transmission.

OE style clevis pins are included (when required) to allow thermal expansion and movement of the radiator within the frame.

Designed with side rail stress relief cuts to reduce stress on the headers and allow thermal expansion.

30% increased tube wall thickness for durability and longevity.

Redesigned corner brackets to increase unit durability and improve ease of installation.

Every radiator is subjected to an aging and endurance test in order to validate its performance under extreme weather conditions.
